About Me…

My vocation has always been about helping people grow.

Whether serving as an educator, organizational leader, Episcopal deacon, crisis chaplain, or founder of Elightenment, Inc., my work has centered on one question: How do people and organizations become more fully who they are created to be?

For more than thirty years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, education, spiritual formation, and human flourishing. I’ve designed learning experiences for organizations around the world, taught at the university level, led complex organizational initiatives, and walked alongside individuals during some of life’s most meaningful and difficult moments.

Today, my work brings these experiences together. Through teaching, coaching, spiritual direction, workshops, chaplaincy, and consulting, I help individuals and organizations cultivate healthier cultures, resilient leaders, and deeper lives of faith.

As an ordained Episcopal deacon and crisis chaplain, I believe ministry happens wherever people live and work—not only inside church walls. My approach is rooted in contemplative spirituality, practical wisdom, compassionate presence, and the belief that genuine transformation is both deeply personal and profoundly communal.

I am also the founder of Elightenment, Inc., where I continue to develop learning experiences and organizational solutions that empower people to learn, lead, and flourish. Alongside this work, I write and teach on Christian formation, contemplative practice, vocation, leadership, and the ways ordinary life becomes sacred when lived with intention.

My hope is simple: to help people discover that growth is possible, wisdom is accessible, and God is present in every season of life.
