Join Melissa to experience a variety of gentle yoga practices. Practices will include Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga. as well as traditional Hatha Yoga classes. New content will be posted weekly. Join Melissa every week on Wednesdays at 11:30am EST to experience a live chair yoga class. A Weekly Gentle Yoga class will begin the first week of October on Fridays at 2pm EST also. Community discussions will include topics such as addressing mobility issues in practice, how to utilize props to make your practice more beneficial and much more.
