Yin yoga is meant to be a fun and dynamic practice. The purpose of Yin yoga is to restore and develop our innate ability to move with fluidity, power, and grace. Learn from Paulie Zink, the founder of Yin yoga, the true depth and breadth of the art. This includes animal based postures and movements for the whole body, flowing transitions, how to grow the body flexible, and how to cultivate the energetic elements of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire.
Through this practice we can open to our intuitive hearts and discover the unique artist that is inherent in each of us. We can experience our spontaneous and playful spirit, transcend the boundaries of assumed limitations and learn more than just a technique for doing yoga, we learn a way of being yoga, of living it in our day to day lives, which then enables us to bring these gifts to the lives of those we touch.
Paulie will be teaching a once a month one hour class followed by Q & A open to all levels for both practitioners and yoga teachers.
