Mike is passionate about bringing the beauty of yoga, martial arts, and meditation together. He took his first yoga class in 2010 and has loved it since. Recently Mike completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga on the Lake and this took his practice to a new level. "It's more than just a practice, it's a lifestyle that has taken me on an amazing journey." In addition to yoga, Mike holds a black belt in Okinawan style martial arts and has studied Tai Chi and Japanese, Cambodian, and Indian martial arts.
