Yin yoga is meant to be a fun and dynamic practice. The purpose of Yin yoga is to restore and develop our innate ability to move with fluidity, power, and grace. We can experience our spontaneous and playful spirit, transcend the boundaries of assumed limitations and learn more than just a technique for doing yoga, we learn a way of being yoga, of living it in our day to day lives, which then enables us to bring these gifts to the lives of those we touch.
Paulie teaches a monthly live and interactive Yin yoga class, consisting of one hour of yoga followed by Q & A with participants. All classes are available for streaming for subscribers. Open to all levels and yoga teachers.
Master Paulie Zink is the founder of Yin yoga. He received intensive private training for ten years as the sole protege of Chinese Taoist yoga and Kung fu Master Cho Chat Ling. As a three time international martial arts grand-champion, Paulie is renowned for his fluidity, flexibility and artistry of motion.
Through his many years of practice and study Paulie continues to evolve his unique style of Yin yoga that is rooted in the ancient Taoist tradition he learned. With his relaxed and playful demeanor, students find him to be a very approachable and enjoyable teacher. He brings to his teaching over 40 years experience and a profound knowledge he conveys with a simple clarity that comes from true understanding.
