For this reason, it is in the interest of employees to have a strong understanding of their individual business etiquette. Exactly, our Business Etiquette course examines the basics of business etiquette, mainly focusing on consideration of others, dress/appearance, the workplace versus social situations, business meetings, proper introductions, and 'the handshake'. Additionally, participants will familiarize themselves with conversation skills/small talk, cultural differences affecting international business opportunities, dealing with interruptions, and proper business email and telephone etiquette.
