T’ai Chi Chih®: Joy thru Movement is a non-martial art with many health benefits. This practice is more Qigong-like and is completely non-violent. It is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. It’s easy to learn and health benefits may be seen within 6 to 8 weeks of practice.
