Alex took her first yoga teacher training in 2007 and is an E-RYT 200 hour yoga teacher. She also has over 500 hours of training in Anusara yoga. Her teaching style is a dynamic blend of alignment-based hatha yoga and flowing sequences. She loves to throw in some chanting and Hindu mythology as well. As her own practice has become more meditative and spiritual, so has her teaching.
Alex also specializes in Ayurveda, the lifestyle and diet practices of yoga. She works with groups and individuals who want to apply yoga to their lives both on and off the mat.
