This eight week yoga course focuses on building the foundations of a personal yoga practice.  Each week you receive a live yoga class via Zoom or Jitsi as well as yoga poses for you to do on your own that create confidence and consistency.

Practice yoga safely from home in a supported and inviting online space.  

Class runs August 17th - October 11th 2020

Live class is held Mondays @ 12pm (noon) CST / 5pm GMT
