The live classes will be held once a week and they will be 45 minutes LIVE with time in the end for some question/answer and the videos will be accessible to those who cannot attend at the regular time each week. Discussion boards are available at any time to ask questions, share yoga minded articles or findings to the group, and interact. I will check those regularly. Classes will start with guided breathwork to get you centered and into your body and then we will move through poses linking the breath & movement. I teach a vinyasa flow based class and will explain the poses and each class will have a theme (example: hip openers one week and maybe tight quads the next). We will end with a guided Shavasana where the body can have time to settle into the openings we have created through our movement and breath.
