Join Melissa to experience a variety of gentle yoga practices. Practices will include Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, as well as traditional Hatha Yoga classes. New content will be posted weekly. Join Melissa every week on Wednesdays at 11:30am EST to experience a live chair yoga class or on Fridays at 2:00pm EST to experience a live gentle yoga class. Live classes will be available within 24 hours as recordings if you are unable to make the live class time. Community discussions will include topics such as addressing mobility issues in practice, how to utilize props to make your practice more beneficial and much more.
