Heather Till Yoga welcomes you into a community of wellness seekers. This community is filled with mindfulness based, slow yoga practices specifically focusing on Restorative Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. These practices are designed to help you balance out the busy-ness and constant stimulation of life around you and learn how to cultivate a deeper sense of nourishment for body and mind, in turn building stronger resiliency for the nervous system.
Restorative Yoga helps to soothe the nervous system, nourishes the adrenals and restores balance to body and mind whenever you are feeling more depleted. The breathing practices and restorative yoga poses activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest, digest and repair) and can be easily woven into your day to help counter-balance the effects of stress and overwhelm. You will find shorter "Yoga Love Bites" practices that range from 5-15 minutes as well as longer, full-length classes where you can dive deeper into rest and rejuvenation.
Prenatal Yoga classes combine gentle and restorative yoga to bring comfort, ease and rejuvenation throughout your pregnancy journey. The classes are appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and help to relieve some of the common discomforts that can accompany the natural changes of your body during this time. These classes are meant to support you where you are and give you the resources, strength, energy and peace of mind for a healthy pregnancy, birth and beyond.
As a member, you will have the opportunity to meet for two live Zoom classes a month. This will be a time for us to come together as a community, share in a live practice and ask questions. These livestream classes will be recorded for those who cannot make it live and for you to enjoy the at any time.

Heather Till is a Certified Professional Yoga Therapist, Play Facilitator, Gentle Somatic Yoga Practitioner (Level 1) and dancer who has been studying movement awareness (dance, yoga, Pilates) for over 20 years. She received her yoga therapy training from the School of Integrative Yoga Therapy where she was introduced to the magic and mystery of somatic yoga (the integration of gentle yoga practices, moving from an inner awareness, unravelling chronic tension and pain patterns, and reconnecting with our body’s natural rhythms and ability for health and resilience) and the fascinating world of neuroscience (which she loves to geek out on!), awakening the deep wonders of the human body and it’s potential. These types of slow yoga practices invite a deep nourishment of the nervous system in an increasingly more chaotic world that pulls us off center and into stress related illness and dis-ease. Through these movement explorations, we are better able to access the deeper wisdom, creativity, vitality, joy and well being that is waiting for us. Heather’s playful personality infuses her teaching. She loves working with people of all ages and abilities to discover “what’s possible”, and has a special affinity for working with women to help them create self-care practices and find greater life balance, health and joy. Her teaching embodies mindfulness, a sense of curiosity, gentle, restorative, and somatic yoga.
