You don’t need to practice martial arts to take advantage of this class! This class is all about being strong from a martial art’s prospective. I’ve taken exercises from different styles of martial arts that give total body strength with focus on key areas such as:
- Grip strength
- Arm and shoulder strength
- Phenomenal core exercises
- Leg strength
- Balance and agility
- Whole body integrated power
This is not a martial arts class. This class is for anybody who wants to gain/maintain strength, balance and flexibility. If you do happen to be martial artist this will supplement your training greatly!
No weights involved just your body, gravity, and some warm up and strengthening techniques from Kung Fu, Jiu Jitsu and Tai Chi.
