Customized Consultation and Assessment
The first 30 minutes of our online session will help us see your physical and mental journey so far, and determine which goal should be addressed to create the result you need.
A Personally Designed Yoga Practice
After your consultation and assessment, I will guide you through a customized series of yoga poses, meditations, and/or breathing exercises that will help release tension and stress while focusing on your particular goal. This sequence will be unique to your body and your needs, with modifications and variations that will truly feel right for you.
Recap and Guide
One or two days after our session, I will deliver a customized recap with a break down of your unique yoga sequence and a review of our session. That way you can recreate the sequence on your own when you need it. I often include additional resources, such as mantras, meditations, products, etc.rt you via email for 2 weeks after our session to answer any questions or concerns.
After our yoga session, questions may come up. That is natural. I’ll support you via email for 2 weeks after our session to answer any questions or concerns.
