Unrelenting stress has been called "Health Public Enemy #1." It wears the body down, impairs your ability to think, and makes it hard to cope emotionally.
Anxiety often accompanies chronic stress, showing up as worry, nervousness, unease, dread, or fear. It can interfere with your ability to think clearly, make good decisions, or have a restful night sleep.
This class will provide some tools to balance the body's energy systems, by tapping into the body's natural healing ability. Using powerful simple techniques that work quickly and easily, stress becomes more manageable and less challenging.
