In this 8 week restorative yoga course you will receive:
- 45 minute yoga classes each week that focus on releasing stress and tension
- Access to all replays of class so you can practice as often as you want whenever it's convenient to you.
- Additional guidance in mindfulness, relaxation, and managing stress off the mat.
This yoga course is for you if:
- You want to slow down and practice self care that is effective
