In this 8 week restorative yoga course you will receive:

  • 45 minute yoga classes each week that focus on releasing stress and tension
  • Access to all replays of class so you can practice as often as you want whenever it's convenient to you.
  • Additional guidance in mindfulness, relaxation, and managing stress off the mat.
