Would you like to practice yoga from the comfort of your own home, avoiding the pressures of yoga at a studio or gym (including parking, being on time, what to wear, babysitters, cost) then Yoga For You will suit your needs.

Yoga For You is unique in that when you participate in my live broadcast practices, you will be able to communicate with me verbally, in real time, as we practice. Have a question about a pose? Would like a modification or an alternate to a pose? Have a question or would like to talk with me before or after practice? This is all possible from the comfort of your own home at Yoga for You.

Each week, I will provide the following:

● 2 X 10 minute meditation practices (recorded)

3 X 10-20 minute morning hatha practices (recorded)

1 X 60 minute Yin practice (live)

1 X 60 minute Hatha practice (live)

1 X 60 minute Yin/Yang practice (live)

● Plus - bonus special events - including monthly YinSights Workshops (where we combine meditation, yin yoga and journaling), in-depth examination of various poses and alternates or modifications and book recommendations curated by me.

Can't make it to a live class? No problem! I archive all practices and you can catch them from anywhere at anytime.

All this for $9.99 (USD) a month!!!

How and why am I offering this at such a low price? I want everyone to be able to practice yoga and I don't want finances to be a barrier to anyone. I really believe that everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga - the more often the better. This is why I offer a combination of pre-recorded and live sessions that are available at all times.

I am your teacher!

Almost fifteen years ago I came to my yoga mat as a tight and continually injured distance runner. Expecting some light stretching, I was pleasantly surprised to find a full body workout that both challenged and relaxed my body and my mind. I felt the benefits of a regular yoga practice right away, and was able to return to running.

Following more than a decade as an at home mother, I wanted to return to work outside the home. Following my passion, I decided to do what I love, helping people to find their fit body and mind through yoga.

As an instructor, I am definitely not a subscriber to the "no pain, no gain" philosophy. It is my goal to help students achieve their goals by providing a fun and thorough workout that will strengthen and tone their muscles while leaving them refreshed and feeling great. I like to include a sense of humor in my classes; I don’t take anything too seriously. Yoga can be fun!
